Rust Raid Alert provides Rust Raid Alert, an iOS app for Rust+ raid notifications.

Data we process

• Steam login identity, including Steam ID and optional display profile data.
• Connected Rust+ server data, pairing status, alert settings, snooze state and alarm history.
• Device data needed for push delivery, including device identifier, platform, app version and Expo push token.
• Subscription status and purchase metadata received from RevenueCat and Apple.
• Operational logs needed to secure and operate the service.
• Optional phone number data only if future phone-call escalation is explicitly enabled by the user.

Why we use this data

We use the data to authenticate the user, connect Rust+ servers, detect alarm events, deliver push notifications, manage subscriptions, prevent abuse and keep the service reliable.

Third-party services

The service may use Apple App Store, RevenueCat, Expo push notifications, Steam OpenID, Railway hosting and the Rust+ companion infrastructure. These services process data only for the features described above.

Push notifications

Push notifications are opt-in and can be disabled in the app or iOS Settings. Notification sounds depend on iOS settings and the device sound mode unless Apple Critical Alerts are separately approved and enabled in a future version.

Retention and deletion

Account data is kept while the account is active. Users can initiate account deletion inside the app under Settings. Deletion removes the Rust Raid Alert account data from our backend. App Store subscriptions must still be cancelled or managed through Apple.
